Dean \u00a0for the Second Cycle of Studies, Academic Coordinator of Erasmus+ and International\u00a0\u00a0 Relations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>E-mail: <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:drita.rira@unitir.edu.al\"><strong>drita.rira@unitir.edu.al<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Office Hours: 09:00-15:00, from Monday to Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Erasmus+ and\u00a0 International\u00a0 Relations Office<\/strong> , ensures the fulfillment of the main mission of its operation related to the increase of cooperation with foreign partner universities, in the field of higher education, foreign languages, civil society and business, in\u00a0 the establishment, expansion and consolidation of\u00a0 a large network of partners abroad. Through the coordination of activities with the Directorate of Projects and External Relations IRO-UT, it facilitates the cooperation of the constituent structures of FFL with foreign partner institutions in the field of higher education where\u00a0 \u00a0great attention is paid to the awareness of academic staff, academic\u00a0\u00a0 support staff and students regarding possibilities of application in the EU programs for higher education where Albania is also part of. The office regularly distributes information about continuous training of staff and students, on the possibility of doing internships abroad for students, as well as the possibility of participating in\u00a0\u00a0 various activities, initiatives and projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the capacity of Erasmus+ Academic Coordinator<\/strong>, coordinates the institutional communication between the Directorate of Projects and External Relations\u00a0 IRO-UT and the structures of FFL regarding the possibility of ERASMUS+ scholarships; informs the students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages about the open calls for exchange scholarships; in collaboration with the Heads of Departments and\/or Coordinators of Inter-institutional Cooperation Agreements between UT and foreign partner universities, each applicant student is assisted at every step of the application, up to the signing of the Learning Agreement document. You only need to complete the first section &#8220;Before Mobility&#8221;. Table A defines the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university, while table B defines which of the subjects of Table A will be recognized at the University of Tirana when you have completed the exchange period.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>ATTENTION<\/strong>: You must choose to take the same subjects at the host university as those you do in the relevant semester at your faculty,\u00a0\u00a0 so that the subjects and credits will be recognized when you return.
