Pedagogical Innovation Branch, in cooperation with the Protocol and Archives Office at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tirana (FGJH\u2013UT), organized today, on 29 January 2026, a professional development training for administrative support staff entitled:<br \/>\n\u201cArchiving and Management of Official Documents and the Preparation of Periodic Reports\u201d.<br \/>\nDuring the activity, contemporary practices were presented regarding the organization, preservation, and efficient management of official documentation, as well as standards for the preparation of accurate and professional periodic reports.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc The main topics addressed included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>basic principles of archiving and classification of official documents<\/li>\n<li>management of physical and electronic documentation<\/li>\n<li>legal retention periods for documents and archiving procedures<\/li>\n<li>rules for registration and circulation of official correspondence<\/li>\n<li>preparation of periodic reports in accordance with institutional standards<\/li>\n<li>accuracy, coherence, and accountability in document preparation<\/li>\n<li>the role of archives in enhancing institutional transparency and efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83c\udfaf The training sought to enhance administrative capacity, promote institutional coherence, and
