The event brought together academics, researchers, teachers, and representatives of national and international institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The opening remarks were delivered by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prof. Dr. Esmeralda Kromidha, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages<\/li>\n<li>Ms. Orjana Osmani, Deputy Minister of Education<\/li>\n<li>Ms. Ermira Milori, Director of the Local Education Office, Tirana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The conference was also honored by representatives of national and international partner institutions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eliana La\u00e7ej, Vice-Rector, University of Shkod\u00ebr \u201cLuigj Gurakuqi\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Freiderikos Valetopoulos, University of Poitiers, France<\/li>\n<li>Jolanta Sujecka-Zaj\u0105c, University of Warsaw, Poland<\/li>\n<li>Majlinda Mazelliu, British Council Albania<\/li>\n<li>Dritan Xhelili, Alliance Fran\u00e7aise of Tirana<\/li>\n<li>Elona M\u00ebhilli, English Language Teachers\u2019 Association of Albania (ELTA Albania)<\/li>\n<li>Lindita Trashani, French Language Teachers\u2019 Association of Albania (APFA Albania)<\/li>\n<li>Albana Mu\u00e7eku, Italian Language Teachers\u2019 Association of Albania (APADI)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The plenary session opened with the keynote lecture by Argyro Moumtzidou, who addressed the interconnection between language\u2013mind\u2013culture and integrated approaches to the development of multilingual and intercultural competences.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the scientific sessions, participants explored key contemporary themes, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>language policies and the development of multilingual skills in children;<\/li>\n<li>emotional factors in early language learning;<\/li>\n<li>creativity and the role of artificial intelligence in foreign language teaching;<\/li>\n<li>bilingual education and verbal communication development;<\/li>\n<li>play as a tool for enhancing motivation;<\/li>\n<li>the use of digital tools, AI, and chatbots for vocabulary building and active learning;<\/li>\n<li>the economic and strategic benefits of early multilingualism;<\/li>\n<li>the integration of advanced technologies, including AI Voice Mode, in foreign language classrooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In closing, participants emphasized the importance of interinstitutional cooperation, innovative approaches, and strengthening scientific research in the field of language education.
