đŒ Experience:
Dr. Edvin Cami is a lecturer at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tirana, with more than 30 years of experience in translation. He completed his studies in German Language at Marmara University in Istanbul and pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Graz and the University of Tirana. In 2019, he earned his PhD from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, specializing in Modern German Literature, with a minor in Middle Eastern History and Culture and Turkology.
âš Contribution:
Alongside his academic career, he has translated a wide range of literary and non-fiction works into Albanian from German, Italian, English, Turkish, and French. His translations have introduced Albanian readers to renowned authors such as Hermann Hesse, Franz Kafka, Joseph Roth, Gottfried Benn, Robert Musil, Erich Maria Remarque, Ingeborg Bachmann, Alberto Moravia, Sigmund Freud, George Bernard Shaw, Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar, Halil İnalcık, and many others.
