All students and those interested in various services at the Faculty of Foreign Languages are informed that the educational secretariat is available every day from 11:00 to 16:00 and on Friday from 11:00 to 14:00.

INFORMATION OFFICE

All students and those interested in various services at the Faculty of Foreign Languages are informed that the following services are available near the Information office in the main lobby of the First Floor:

1. Distribution of payment mandates for student certificates (when they are repeaters).
2. In case of a regular student there is no payment but a form must be filled at the information office (Click here).
3. Distribution of payment mandate for partial list of grades.
4. Distribution of payment mandate for complete list of grades.
5. Distribution of payment mandate for diploma certification and withdrawal of the diploma.
6. Distribution of payment mandate for the certificate of deregistration.
7. Distribution of payment mandate for the certification of foreign languages.
8. Distribution of payment mandate for the certificate of foreign language.

After the payment is made at Alpha Bank / Albanian Post, the payment mandate is delivered to the information office

The deadlines for withdrawing documents at the information office are as follows:

1. Deadline for student certificate 3 working days after application. (Click here for the payment mandate)

3. Deadline for complete list of grades 5 working days after application. (Click here for the payment mandate: First cycle, Second cycle)
