Today, the courtyard of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tirana, was brought to life by the celebration of International Chinese Language Day, organized by the Confucius Institute at the University of Tirana in cooperation with the Embassy of the Peopleâs Republic of China in Albania.
The event was opened with remarks by the Dean of FFLL, Prof. Dr. Esmeralda Kromidha, who highlighted the importance of promoting foreign languages and fostering intercultural dialogue in studentsâ academic development. The Ambassador of the Peopleâs Republic of China to Albania, Ms. Pang Cunxhue, also addressed the audience, commending the strong and fruitful cooperation with the Faculty of Foreign Languages and the University of Tirana, and emphasizing the role of the Chinese language as a vital bridge between the two cultures.
Chinese language and culture were showcased through a series of dynamic and creative activities:
đ games and competitions,
đ traditional costumes,
đ prizes for participating students,
creating a vibrant, festive, and interactive atmosphere for both students and academic staff.
