Today, March 18th, the Faculty of Foreign Languages hosted a training on the topic “Design Thinking and Motivation” with Professor Artan Fuga, a communication professor at the University of Tirana and a member of the Academy of Sciences of Albania. This training provided an excellent opportunity for students and professors to explore innovative and creative thinking methods, and their practical applications in education, entrepreneurship, and management.
Professor Fuga explained how this approach helps individuals and groups find creative solutions to various issues . He emphasized the importance of empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing as key steps in this process.
This training was not only informative but also inspiring, encouraging attendees to think beyond traditional frameworks. Participants expressed their appreciation for Professor Fuga’s clear and motivating approach , making this event a true success.
