On the fourth day of the Welcome Programme, first-year students had the opportunity to learn more about key Faculty structures that support them throughout different aspects of their academic and student life.
During the session, the following were introduced:
🔹 The Academic Secretariat, providing information on the academic and administrative procedures students need to know throughout their studies;
🔹 The Psychologist’s Office, presenting the counselling and support services available to students;
🔹 The Student Club Coordinators, who introduced the clubs, activities, and opportunities available for students to engage in the social, cultural, and academic life of the Faculty;
🔹 The Student Council, which presented its role in representing students and encouraging their active participation in university life.
🤝 Through these meetings, students not only receive the information they need to navigate their academic journey more easily, but also discover opportunities to get involved, collaborate, and become active members of the FGJH community.
