As part of the activities of the Literature Teaching and Research Group at the Department of French Language, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lorena Dedja delivered an open lecture entitled:
🔹 “A Reflection of the Divisions and Violence of Contemporary Society – Karine Tuil’s Novel Human Things”
During the lecture, participants explored the novel’s multilayered narrative structure, which portrays contemporary French society through the intertwining of power, media, social inequalities, and sexual violence, as well as the influence of the media and social networks on the shaping of public opinion.
📖 The work, translated into Albanian and published by “Dituria” Publishing House, sparked interest and reflection among the participants.
The activity was attended with great interest by lecturers and students of the Department of French Language, Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tirana, in an interactive atmosphere marked by questions and discussions.
