Biography

Dr. Isida Foçi

Dr. Isida Foçi is employed full time at the Department of Greek Language, Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tirana. He has 17 years of work experience as a lecturer and researcher. After graduating from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, in 2003, postgraduate and doctoral studies are related to in-depth studies in the field of Greek linguistics. The areas of teaching and research expertise are related to the linguistics of the Greek language and more specifically to grammar, dealing mainly with the phonetic, morphological and syntactic structure of the Greek language. Has participated in several national/international projects organized by the Department of Slavic and Balkan Languages, Tirana/April 2009, Faculty of Foreign Languages, December 17-19, 2009, University of Tirana and University of Trakyas/Turkey, Tirana/April 2010 , Greek Albanian Philological Association and Academy of Sciences, Tirana/March 2012, Department of Slavic and Balkan Languages, Tirana/June 2012, University of Tirana and University of Ioannina/Greece, Tirana/September 2013, 17th International Conference “Εκπαίδείση and Otherness”.
