The Faculty of Foreign Languages in cooperation with the Faculty of History and Philology organized for the second year in a row, the “2023 Work Fair “, where more than 40 companies, organizations, educational institutions, publishing houses, tourist agencies, businesses etc participated.
This Work Fair served as a meeting point between students and institutions or companies whose presence enabled them to get to know their offers, opportunities and advantages of the labor market nowadays, the procedures for internships, professional practice and employment, as well as for other collaborations of common interest.
The event was welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Prof. Dr. Esmeralda Kromidha and the Dean of the Faculty of History and Philology, Prof. Dr. Sabri Laçi.
Both deans emphasized the importance of these meetings between businesses and institutions with students and lecturers to better know the professional skills that the labour market requires and to orient the training programs towards them.
At this fair, we had the pleasure of having present the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain, his Excellency, Mr. Alvaro Renedo Zalba and Deputy Minister of Education and Sports, Ms. Nina Guga.
Mr. Ambassador emphasized the role and place of the Spanish language and culture nowadays, the cooperation between the two countries in the field of education and also invited those present to the conference and activities on May 15th “Spanish, global language”
Ms. Deputy Minister welcomed the initiative of the faculties for organizing the work fair and highlighted the process of internationalization of higher education institutions as well as the continuous support of the Ministry of Education and Sports.
