INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION “DELE”

📝 Based on Instruction No. 52, dated 03.12.2015, on the determination of foreign language levels and international tests for admission to second- and third-cycle study programs in higher education institutions, the Ministry of Education and Sports recognizes the DELE diplomas for admission to such studies.

The University of Tirana has signed an Agreement with the Cervantes Institute, recognizing the Faculty of Foreign Languages as an official Examination Center for DELE diplomas in Spanish as a foreign language.

📜 The Diplomas in Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) are official and accredited certificates attesting to the degree of competence and mastery of the Spanish language, issued by the Cervantes Institute on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sport of Spain. The DELE diplomas are internationally recognized and enjoy considerable prestige not only within public and private educational institutions and organizations but also in the business world and chambers of commerce.

🌍 These diplomas are globally recognized and have no expiration date. They facilitate intercultural exchange and enable access to education in Spain as well as in other countries where these examinations are administered.
