On November 22nd and 23rd, 2024, the activity “Journées de formation mixte, Pratiques effectives: échanges d’expériences” (Mixed training days, Effective practices: exchange of experiences ) was held at the Faculty of Foreign Languages – University of Tirana, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA220-HED project, DIDAFÉ: “Former à l’enseignement du français écrit en contexte plurilingue et transeuropéen: enjeux, modèles, pratiques innovantes et inclusives” funded by the European Union.
Five consortium universities from France, Albania, Serbia, and Romania were represented in this project activity:

During these two days, organized by the University of Tirana (Faculty of Foreign Languages), lecturers/scientific experts from all partner universities, along with students and doctoral candidates from various countries, as well as French language teachers in Albania, discussed and exchanged reflections.
The main topics discussed included:
Teacher profiles, affective and conceptual aspects of the relationship with languages, with the French language, and with written French.
Declared effective teaching practices of languages, the French language, and written French.
The relationship of students with the French language and written French (through teachers’ statements).
Effective teaching practices and the exchange of experiences.
Reflections and proposals from students, assessments, and perspectives.
