Good basic salary + bonus from €10,000 – €20,000 per year gross after training
We are hiring Recruitment Consultants for our office in Kompleksi Halili, Tirana – no previous experience is required.
Requirements
· Fluent English
· Excellent communication skills
· Good decision making and attention to detail
Responsibilities
· Using sales & networking to attract candidates to clients
· Developing a good understanding of client’s industry, work culture and environment
· Headhunting – identifying and approaching candidates already in work
· Using candidate databases to match candidates to the client’s roles
· Briefing candidates regarding; clients, role responsibilities, salary and benefits
· Preparing CVs and client application related paperwork
· Client and candidate liaison to arrange interviews and provide post interview feedback
· Negotiating salary rates and finalising start dates
